All products sold by Sagitta are digital downloads delivered electronically.

Because our products are available for instant access after purchase, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Exceptions

If you experience any of the following:

• You did not receive your download.
• Your file is corrupted or won't open.
• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
• You encounter a technical issue accessing your purchase.
